If you would like to list your property with us, please contact us at our 800 number if you are calling outside Costa Rica, or to our local office number if you are in Costa Rica or send us a fax with the information. (Please add 011 506 if sending from outside Costa Rica).

The information we require to list your property is as follow:

  • Lot size in sq.ft or mt2
  • Build size sq.ft or mt2
  • Category (lot, condo, Apartment or house)
  • Title: if the property is registered on a Corporation or S.A. Or if is registered on a personal name.
  • Contact or owner name.
  • Url: (if any)
  • Up to 15 pictures of 50 kb of resolution. (If you don’t have them, we can help and take them).
  • House Description. (# of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, etc)
  • Price in US$.

    Once we receive your request and information we will send you a commission contract for you to read and sign, this contract must be send to us by fax or emial as an attachment.

    We as a Real Estate Brokers, charge 5% commission from the final asking price. We will advertise and promote the property on our web sites www.realestatetree.net, www.costarica.org and www.costaricarealestatecoasttocoast.com,

    In case that you have a condo, an apartment or house for rent, we charge one month of rent commission.
